Software Engineer for Medical Imaging (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for medical engineer or physicist with an affinity in software development. Including:

  • Planning and implementing of new features and software improvements
  • Fixing software errors
  • Receiving bug reports from users and its evaluations
  • Maintenance of the software documentation
  • Development of unit tests, functional tests and system tests
  • Requirements and usability engineering

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed study in (computer) engineering sciences, medical physics, natural sciences or similar qualifications
  • Knowledge in medical imaging and image processing and/or in medical physics are of advantage
  • Good knowledge in programming, preferably MATLAB, JAVA, C++
  • Experience in planning, development and validation of software, ideally in the medical area
  • Reliable handling of documentation tools
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are a plus.
